Team Member Task Assignment and Labor Costs
The LSM Guide plan allows you to assign team members to specific tasks associated with the plan as well as track the labor costs associated with the task. As you enter in tasks on the Planning sheet, you can assign specific team members to the task, and the plan rolls up the labor cost totals. You can also add up the actual material costs associated with the plan to give you a running total of the entire cost in labor dollars and material dollars to execute the plan.
The team member labor cost is determined by multiplying the assigned hours by their team member hourly rate and any additional "material" costs are also factored into the total cost of the plan.
The system also generates a report based on those tasks that have not yet been completed for accountability by plan.
