LSM Plan Maintenance and Cost Anaylsis
The LSM planning module has a new labor control analysis feature that keeps track of the labor and material costs for each step of the plan. The Labor details are calculated based on the hourly rate specified in the team member masterfile and how many hours are assigned to the task.
Each detail line also allows you to enter any material costs that may be incurred for the step:
You can modify the plan at any time to change the estimated task hours to actual hours expended as the tasks are completed. This gives a running history of the labor and material dollars used to generate and execute the LSM plan.
As the labor details are update, the system keeps a running summary total for the plan:
