Put together a Lunch "Special" during the hours of 10am to 2pm, and deliver lunch specials to the employees. Contact the Office Manager.
After Work Pickup Special
Put together a Pickup "Special" after work; it's on the way home, and the customer will get to see your location. For carryout customers visiting your store, put together a business card drop box, (you can even assemble a container with your own "logo" pizza boxes), and place on the counter. Draw attention to the contest, but more importantly, show your customers a list of winners, updated weekly. You could post the list in a frame on your wall, or bulletin board in the lobby. Pick a business card once a week, and immediately update your prizewinner list.
Late Night
Don't forget the third shift, and offer a late night special.
Meetings and Employee Training
Get to know the Administrative Assistants. Make sure that you are the first Pizza Choice when they are required to make that 'emergency' lunch order.
"Fax Your Lunch Order"
Allow your customers to fax orders at their convenience, but make sure that you call to confirm the order, name, department and telephone number.
Business of the Week
Select a business within the Office Park, and announce to the Manager that they have been chosen as the "Business of the Week". Print flyers, and distribute the special throughout the office.
