Offer a 'Preferred Business Discount" to the employees. They're on call, and they can't readily leave the premises. Offer lunch, and late night discounts in their departments or break rooms. Consult each Department Head, or at least each Administrative Assistant to see if a "special" program could be implemented per department.
Deliver to the Rooms
Start with the Maternity Ward, and speak with the Department Head. Offer delivery to the "new" family in the recovery rooms, or simply coordinate a newborn welcome basket for new families, including your coupons and a free pizza.
