1. I have lost my unlock code that was sent to me? Can I get a copy of it?

Yes, just send us an email to support@neighborhood-marketing.com and include name, email address that the purchase was under, and invoice number if you have it. We'll research your information to look up your unlock code.

2. I also lost the 'Getting Started' document. Where can I download it from?

3. Are there any on-going upgrades and do I have to pay for it?

From time to time we do update the application and will notify you of any updates via email - as always, the upgrades are free.

4. Can I access my software and information from the Internet?

No, not at this time. We are working on a development version so that either managers, area managers, district managers and so on will be able to access our Local Store Marketing Tools via the Internet.

5. Can I email my report analytics within the program?

Yes, click on the report and filter values and when the report opens in the report window, select the little envelope in the button bar, then choose to export the report in your preferred format and select your email program - our reporting tools support MS Outlook, MS Exchange and Lotus Notes.
